Army Veteran Mandeep Choudhary establishes Smart Online Exam with a vision to bring structured, authentic Railway Psycho Test preparation to aspirants across India. The organisation begins with offline and basic digital resources for ALP and ASM psychometric exams.
India's First Online CBAT Platform
When RDSO introduced Computer-Based Aptitude Testing (CBAT), Smart Online Exam launched India's very first online CBAT mock test platform — faithfully replicating the RDSO exam interface, T-Score calculation and all 5 test batteries. No other platform existed at this time.
Android App & 10,000+ ALP Selections
Smart Online Exam launched its dedicated Android application, bringing the full RDSO interface and T-Score analysis to mobile devices. The platform celebrated a landmark achievement — over 10,000 ALP candidates selected through our preparation.
500+ Tests & Metro Expansion
Growing demand led to rapid content expansion. The test library crossed 500 mock tests with topic-wise and battery-wise practice series. Metro Psycho Test coverage (DMRC, UPMRC, NCRTC) added to serve candidates across metro corridors.
GDCE, DFCCIL & Konkan Railway Added

Mandeep Choudhary, a proud veteran of the Indian Army, founded Smart Online Exam in April 2014 after recognising a critical gap in railway exam preparation: no platform existed that authentically replicated the RDSO psycho test environment or explained the psychometric logic behind each test battery.
His military background gave him the discipline to build an organisation from the ground up — meticulously researching RDSO guidelines, reverse-engineering CBAT question patterns and designing a preparation system that goes beyond rote practice to genuine psychometric mastery.
