What is the affiliate programme?
The Smartonlineexam affiliate programme pays you a share of every paid course enrolment made through your personal referral link. The standard commission is 15% of the sale value. It is free to join and there is no minimum commitment.
Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone can apply to become an affiliate — students, parents, educators, coaching staff and independent creators. Existing accounts keep the role and access they already have; affiliate status is added alongside, never in place of it.
Does it cost anything to join the affiliate programme?
Joining costs nothing. There is no fee, no subscription and no minimum sales requirement, and an affiliate can stop at any time without penalty.
How much commission do affiliates earn?
Affiliates earn 15% of the value of each paid enrolment made through their link. Commission is calculated on the amount the learner actually paid, after any discount, and the rate applied to a sale is fixed at the moment of that sale.
How is a referral tracked?
Each affiliate link carries a unique code that is stored in the visitor's browser when they arrive. If that visitor enrols within 30 days of their click, the sale is credited to the affiliate. Promo codes assigned to an affiliate are credited to them even when the link was not used.
When do affiliates get paid?
Commission is recorded as soon as a referred enrolment is paid for, then reviewed and paid out to the UPI or bank details on the affiliate account. The affiliate dashboard shows what is pending, what has been approved and what has already been paid at every stage.
What happens if a referred learner asks for a refund?
Commission on a refunded enrolment is reversed, because the sale did not stand. The reversal is shown explicitly on the affiliate ledger rather than the entry quietly disappearing.
